Dr Clement Wong is a passionate interventional cardiologist who specialises in coronary angioplasty and stenting. Dr Wong is also skilled in general cardiology with a special interest in cardiac risk reduction, hypertension and dyslipidaemia. He graduated with honours from the University of New South Wales and then obtained a Masters in Clinical Epidemiology and Biostatistics from the University of Newcastle.
Dr Wong subsequently completed his specialist cardiology training from Prince of Wales and St George Hospitals in 2010 before embarking on postgraduate research endeavours in lipidology. Dr Wong then undertook two years of interventional cardiology fellowship at the prestigious University of Ottawa Heart Institute, Canada (highest volume centre for coronary stenting in Canada) from 2015-2017 where he accrued over 1000 percutaneous coronary stenting procedures.
Dr Wong speaks and writes fluent Cantonese and Mandarin. Dr Wong enjoys travelling and is an avid photographer. He also enjoys building his own computers and authoring websites.
